Over the past 20 years I have run private jobs across the globe, working to create constantly evolving menus with my clients always at the heart.  Whilst I have enjoyed the corporate/consulting lifestyle and cooking for international VIPs, I am now getting back to what I do best... cooking beautiful food in intimate and relaxed environments, and doing it with my family alongside me.

My wife Holly will be your day to day contact, responsible for all planning and organising so you won't have to worry about a thing. Charlie, my four year old, is my Head Consultant - keeping me in check to ensure I am working to the highest standard at all times.
